Yes, I have a problem and I'm not looking to be helped! As I'm sure you all know by now that Jo-Anns has Vogue Patterns on sale for $3.99 and so does Club BMV. I bought my 10 bright and early yesterday morning and they were flying out of the filing cabinets!
I'm already planning the first one I'll be sewing and found the perfect fabric at Hancock. It's a beautiful deep brown (which looked almost black under the fluorescent lighting) and tan silk charmeuse. It feels like heaven and I can't wait to get started on it this weekend. And BTW, Hancock has silk fabrics on sale for 30% off which made it extra sweet!
I decided to do one of the Rachel Comey patterns because she's a designer that I didn't know a lot about. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that the patterns used are from her Fall 2009 Collection.
