What I'm Wearing | Election Day!

Happy Election Day!
I've been so busy the last couple of weeks that I didn't know if I was coming or going.  But I do know I had no motivation to blog or even sew.  That thing called life... I tell ya... sigh...  Hopefully, the chilly weather will inspire me to watch football, eat soup and get some sewing done this weekend.
So today, I decided to create an "Election Day" inspired outfit to wear while I performed my civic duty.
I picked up my "Rock The Vote 2012" t-shirt from Old Navy.  I'm glad that I waited to buy on yesterday, because it was on sale!  And I wore it with this black Love 21 blazer from Forever 21.  And my faux leather leggings.
If you haven't already voted, please go and cast your ballot for your candidate.

  1. I like the t-shirt! Saw it on Instagram and wondered where you'd gotten it.

  5. I'm a bit disappointed in those generalized comments about Republicans. Even I, as a republican, can agree with some of the Democrat's policies. And it is this far leaning attitude that is causing such gridlock in Congress - and I mean from both sides. So perhaps we would all be better served to compromise on policy issues to get America back on track. I'd be glad to share why I'm Republican BTW, so maybe you will have a better chance to "get" me. Because while I may disagree with some of your beliefs, I believe you aren't all wrong. And what we believe isn't all wrong either.

    1. Angela, let me stop you right here: This is NOT A POLITICAL BLOG! Throughout the numerous years I've been blogging, I've kept my blog TIGHTLY "niched" and it's going to remain that way. So please take your discourse elsewhere. I'm sure there are PLENTY of sites that will welcome your political opinions today.
