I love a slip dress. So, when I saw this one by Sewing Masin Sicily Slip Dress, I had to jump on it.
What drew me to this pattern is that it's universally flattering on everyone I've seen wearing it.
I love the cowl neckline and the spaghetti straps. The drape was perfect without any sort of adjustment.
The dress is cut on the bias with a flared out hemline. I made a full seat adjustment of around two inches, so that the dress wouldn't hike up in the back.My fabric is a lovely poly crepe, so I created French seams.I finished the dress with a narrow hem. I love it! It's beautifully drafted, quick and easy to sew. I plan to make it again.
