What I'm Wearing | Caped Crusader!

1:30 PM

I love capes!  And even though we women have some superpowers, you don't have to be a superhero to rock one.  They're so easy to wear and you can find one in a variety of lengths that would suit your style and personality.  And even though they've been "on trend" for the past two years, capes are classic, elegant and timeless.
Camel is now my favorite neutral to reach for during autumn.  It used to be grey, but I decided to try a warmer color.  Don't get me wrong, I still like grey too!
Black is always a great companion to camel.  So I added a black cashmere turtleneck and my black wool pants.
And my classic Elliott Lucca bag and a pair of fun pumps!
Are you swingin' into the cold weather months in capes too?

  3. Absolutely love it. I love your pieces in general..... I have a cape that I adore but my capes are usually in the safe color of black but I think you've inspired me to make a camel cape for myself. Now to find the fabric. Is it a wool fabric? Check out my blogspot sometime. Darcyro.blogspot.com.
